We are a highly sophisticated company processing state of the art synthetic materials operating since 1972 in the optical branch. Predominantly we manufacture on our CNC CNC/CAB-machines PC / Acryl / Nylon / APX and CR 39 - plates for sunglasses. All variations and forms can be milled in our production line. Shields, drilling hole glasses, Nylor and notch glasses on the sizes of base 3 until base 14 in graduation of 0.5 as well as spherical and cylindrical. Of course, we grind any kind of silicate glasses on size and form. On demand, we mount the glasses with respect to the musts of eye optical parameters. Furthermore, we add all accessory like product labels (e.g. barcode label), printing or laser techniques to mark the glasses. You will receive in short delivery time a final product which you can give directly to the resellers. Ongoing and intensive quality and end quality control guaranty the quality of each sunglass.
